The dealer I bought my car from “highly recommended them” for their service.   Their price was much cheaper than what I was able to find at other places.  I have been trying to get a key from this place for 3 weeks!   I’ve been put off, forgotten about, and apologized to more times than I can count.  I was told yesterday by a supervisor that someone would call me to set an appointment to meet me Thursday and get a key cut for me.  I had to call the (2nd) account manager only to be told that I would have to wait until Monday?!?!?  Save yourself the trouble and go to someone more reputable.  I won’t be recommending them to anyone I know

Employee reviews were turned in over 2 months ago.  Still no raises have been given to the individuals that have earned them. The VIP bonus was not given last quarter, after the VP was bragging about record sales numbers in a company wide meeting.Its difficult to retain talent when the employees are deliberately lied to. Stay away!

I reached out to the company because I own a car dealership and always need keys and Fob's, etc.  The first few times the service and quality of product was great.  Then the third time coming I only had a couple keys to make and the service person gave me an attitude like it was not worth his time to come.  Then he proceeds to damage an ignition and told me it was not his fault.  Old key worked before he made a replacement, then neither the old or new key worked, had to buy a new ignition.  I was fine with fixing it, accidents happen.  So I suggested that I would call as needed.  So I call 5 weeks later, leave several messages, no return calls, called Customer Service line, spoke to CS and they said they would reach out to the rep in the area.  Still no call back 2 weeks later, so I email the main office, only to get an email from the office pretty much saying that my business was not worth the reps time.

The product and service they offer is good, but the company needs to realize that every customer big or small is a customer.  I sell over 300 cars a year, you cant put a price or value on the referrals or repeat business that could have been if the company and the rep cared about their customers as much as the bottom line.

I bought a used car with only one key. After calling around locally, it didn't appear anyone local could make a key for a late model Lexus with push to start. I stumbled upon Car Keys Express through a neighbor. I gave them a call, the tech, Robert, contacted me quickly and we setup a meeting. He was luckily in my town the next day. I have a brand new key, fob and am greatly satisfied with the service and price.

We bought a key from Adam under a year ago. Our key has fallen apart multiple times, now to the point where the pieces have been lost. I have reached out to Adam multiple times with no response. His voice mailbox is full and he will not answer my text messages.
