Honest mechanics who are always straight with customers. The first time I came here several years ago, I wanted a second opinion because another shop had told me I had an oil leak that required $600+ worth of work. Car Medics checked it out, and even though they could have just quoted me a cheaper price for the same work, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car. I drove that car for another 100k+ miles without ever having a problem with an oil leak. 

Also, just last week Car Medics replaced the water pump in my other car. The following day, it started overheating so I brought it back. They were perfectly honest with me: when they put the water pump on, an O ring wasn't seated correctly. They admitted their error and fixed it, no charge. 

Best shop in town. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

I took my car there this week, not knowing what all was wrong, or anything about this facility, and was taken care of immediately and efficiently. Needless to say, I became an instant customer and highly recommend it! It is hard to find an honest company to take your car to now, but I found one by accident!

I went 4 years ago to get a muffler reattached for my 1995 BMW, they said it was a "permanent" fix they had done on it. Well a week and a half later my muffler is dragging the road again. After realizing they had only put on pipe clamps and not the part they had "specialty ordered" in for me. Yes, very special indeed. Then I was argued with that they had done the job the solicited, which cost me 550$ for a damn pipe clamp. Finally after two weeks I got my money back, I since haven't given them a chance. Last night my clutch went out on my 2003 Mazda and my father reassured me they were great and I should try again. When I called I was answered by an older man who seemed mad to be taking a phone call and when I asked for a quote he then huffed and puffed like my 4 year old Nephew  does when he throws a tantrum, put me on hold and 5 minutes later tells me it'll be 1,300$. (500$ more than the average quote I received from other mechanics). I never write reviews but today put me over the edge, these people only help you with kindness if you're 50+ years of age and will rip you off on the prices any way they can. Also they flat out lie, can't handle liars. I'm sure they do great work for people they know, but if you're a 20-30 year old they treat you like an idiot and a problem. Needless to say I won't ever be calling this place ever again.

Joey and Adrian were great I would recommend them for any repairs including replacing a transmission.  They were honest and reasonable and did a great job on my truck.
