Pretty run down place. In day or night if you check it out. It will explain everything.

If you like drug addicts this is a great place to live. The manager lives down the road but, does nothing at this park. He is either scared to come here or just don't care. He spends his time in the gated park he also mismanages. The live in and on call staff member (Kurt) never answers his phone and is rarely home. The park floods during the lightest rainstorm and has done so for three years that I know of. I have friends that live there and at one time was going to move there until I thoroughly checked it out. I would not ever live in such filth.

Pretty cool. Everyone minds their own business. Good neighbors and tenants. Manager and assistant  are fair and  have excellent social skills.

There's more to what people forgot to remember how to b towards one another like. How times used to be in there but they have been making progress to make it better.
