Love staying here . While Madison is a very busy street the noise is buffered by  the mobile home in front . Spaces are wide enough and deep enough to accommodate any size rigs . All spaces are back in with ample room to maneuver . Need to call in advance park is always full. Shade trees are good . Laundry room is always clean. Nice place to stay

I didn't live here but visited to inquire about residents.  The park appears well kept.  The Seniors all seemed quite pleasant.  The was a waiting list.  I was never called presumably because I have two small dogs and only one pet is allowed

For being located in such a busy area it is surprisingly quiet

"HORRIBLE" place to stay...  its like a War Zone... The "Traffic and Noise" from Madison Ave is Unbearable... Sites are small... Its an old park, was probably nice place to stay back in the day.   The Manager Dave  has a Huge Scary Temper Problem... He Never answers the phone, wonders around at night looking into windows, treats the residents like dirt... There are drug dealers and prostitutes at the ARCO Gas station next door to the park, Loud music that rattles your windows all night...Homeless roam the streets all night long , I woke up to  literally 25 cops on a PA speaker trying to get a suspected attempted murder suspect out of a trailer back in may, there was even a swat team in the bushes behind the RV's with assault weapons, Its a RV nightmare !!! I lasted 58 days and left early,  I guess it is owned by a corporation that doesn't care, who knows... I would recommend to keep on traveling before staying at Mark J
