Bought a sofa and the legs were broken. Called and they replace the sofa. I will never understand if you buy a sofa at a discount store the legs are wood not plastic. Why doesn't an upscale furniture stores have wooden legs on the sofas and loveseats. Instead of cheap plastic it makes no sense to me. I wanted a nice piece of furniture and got a cheap one.

Just left Cardis Warwick completely empty handed. We went in fully intending to buy a dining room set we had already looked at, but unfortunately, the service was very poor. We asked for the saleswoman we had worked with when we first looked at the dining set, but she was not working today. The saleswoman we ended up working with today was not forthcoming with any help. She took no interest in which furniture we were interested in and she told us we could find her if we had any questions. We watched her wander around the store while scrolling away on her phone many times. The most frustrating part about her being on her phone, is the factvthatvtherebis no cell service inside the store and they do not share the WiFi password. We couldn’t even make a call or a text to make arrangements to get a truck and she is buried in her phone! Very disappointed. Hopefully, the original saleswoman will be there if we go back.
