Ashlee (the sales associate) was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was attentive without being pushy, and she understood our needs right away. She never tried to steer us in a direction that we didn't want. For example, we didn't want leather (our cats are jerks and would destroy it) and we wanted reclining but definitely not power reclining (personal preference). Even though those are the more expensive options, she never tried to pressure us into them. And when she showed us the exact couch we wanted (Maverick), we ended up getting the matching love seat as well. Cheers to Ashlee! We will definitely recommend this store to friends.

Both the salesperson, Christian, and the designer, Ann Marie Davis, were very helpful with our purchase of the Devon sofa sectional. The salesperson patiently showed us many options in the Warwick showroom, and the designer was very flexible both in the showroom and in our home with possible design options. We really appreciate the attentive treatment we received with both of these people during our purchase.

Jake's overall Customer Satisfaction Skills were excellent. He was extremely helpful without being pushy; yet he seemed to anticipate our desires as we moved through the decision making process to create our finished product.

I had the opportunity to visit the Warwick RI store recently in search of a power lift recliner. I had actually driven by thinking that it was going to be too expensive and decided to turn around and go back after visiting four other stores. I was greeted by Harry and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about his products. Harry took the time to explain all the options that were available to include some discontinued models they had in the rear of the store with some very good discounts. I ended up going back the next day and made my purchase taking the chair home with me. I am thoroughly pleased with the professional treatment I received and the expertise of the staff (Harry). I would recommend that if you are in search of any furniture pieces, that you do not hesitate to stop in and see Harry.
