Joe in the outlet center was GREAT. The type of customer service that should be offered everywhere. Professional, and definitely not pushy. He demonstrated the features and benefits of a dual recliner that just came in and when he got on his hands and knees to show us how to take the backs off to move it down a staircase, we were sold. If he didn't put such physical effort into showing us what a good buy the couch was, we never would have realized what a deal it was for us. It was our first purchase at Bob's but won't be our last. Your company does a great job of hiring, as George the manager greeted us when we first came in and really made us feel comfortable too.

A wonderful place to purchase furniture. There's so many options to choose from. Great quality pieces for an excellent price. The sofa/chaise I purchased was the perfect addition to my remodeled livingroom. The sales people were not pushy. They are there to help and answer questions. The furniture I purchased was delivered on time and set up was rather quick. From the moment I walked in the store to the delivery of my furniture I was completely pleased.

So helpful!  Love this store.  Debbie in the cafe was very kind.  She put cartoons on for my daughter while we waited for my husband to finish up paperwork.  Our salesman was Richard and he was honest and had a great sense of humor.  I would definitely go back.

My Bob's Discount Furniture Store on Bald Hill Road in Warwick is my favorite furniture store in Rhode Island!... I have been shopping here forever and I am always greeted with kindness, courtesy and respect. Debbie in the cafe has become one of my closest friends there... and Mike, Rob, Sue, Annette and all the helpful salespeople there as well as Jim the manager have always made me feel welcome... The prices in the outlet there are phenominal!... My favorite place to shop for sure! ;)

Worst customer service. I fought with them for a few months over the set I bought. Sales people are good, but they contradict one another. Delivery guys were nice too, but the actual customer service... Was HORRIBLE. Once the company has your money, they don't care about anything you have to say! Even after THEY screwed up. Not once, not twice, but THREE times!! No accountability. Never again.
