It is complete chaos at their front desk -- I faxed my dr's prescription twice for a stress test and never heard back from them -- I finally decided to go somewhere else after the receptionist there said they never got my fax. Avoid this place; the front desk will likely give you a heart attack.

If you would like to add stress to your life, go to this center. The technician who came to get me from the waiting room and conducted my test was clearly a very unhappy person. She first informed me that my husband could not come with me due to patient confidentiality. (that he may see other patients in the office???) I am not sure what she meant as there was no one back in the area where we were. She did not introduce herself to me. I have just been through a very horrible year of stress and loss and felt the need to have the support of my husband with me and even though I went there for a test to check my heart no one seemed to care that I was clearly stressed. Even a fool knows that you should not stress a person with a possible heart condition. I told her that I wanted to speak with the Doctor who was going to read my sonogram. She told me that this was not possible and I would have to call back tonight or in the morning and talk to a woman named Annie. When I called back I was informed that there was no Annie at this office and that if I wanted to talk with the doctor I would have to make an appointment, that the doctor would call my General Practitioner (who I no longer want to see or talk to) about the results and the GP would call me. After the test when I went back and saw my husband he said that another patient said that she always has her life partner in with her for tests and that it seemed to be up to the person doing the test if they allowed this. My husband talked with office personnel who confirmed this and told him that the individual technician decides if he or she will allow a spouse to be present. I was given the name of the administrator of the office and called him but he is on vacation so I called the office back and asked to speak to a person in charge. She told me that there is some kind of medical governing body who has made a rule about spouses not being allowed to be with their partner for tests. So, I and/or my husband have now been told 3 different scenarios: 1-spouses are not allowed to stay with their partners due to other patient confidentiality 2-office personnel state that they leave it up to the technician to decide 3- there is a governing body who dictates this rule. I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED THAT THIS IS HOW CARDIAC PATIENTS ARE TREATED-OR ANY PATIENT FOR THAT MATTER This office clearly is dishonest, dysfunctional and has no concern, care or compassion for it's patients. I will not return and would not recommend this practice to anyone.
