I went to Dr. L looking for a new primary care doc since I had recently moved to the area. The receptionist was a bit rude, but not a big deal - I'm there for the doctor anyway. What annoyed me is that after taking some tests, I had to call 4 times to get the results. It was well after the day he said they would be in and I still couldn't get anyone on the phone. It took 4 weeks after that point to get a call back. Pretty frustrating.
