We had several different drivers and none of them provided a booster seat despite it being required by MNET. They dropped my son as a client. We live in the St. Cloud area and they wouldn't drive him, even though we personally know families who have drivers going all the way from St. Cloud to Eden Prairie on a daily basis. There is always a shortage of drivers. We gave them our booster seat and never got it back again. Placed several calls with assurances it would be returned. Called again after 3 weeks of no booster seat being returned and they wouldn't even answer my calls anymore. Finally got fed up and files a complaint with the attorney general. Got out seat back. Would not recommend.

Horrible communications between schools and transportation. Also I had some scary drivers in the winter by not slowing down and hitting snow banks. I also saw a care cab with children speeding down the highway with no care!!!! The call center is even worse when you trying to find where the driver is because they are always late, they are rude. If i had an option, id take my child elsewhere.

Drivers are unproffesional and rude, and just not very good at driving to begin with. Almost caused multiple accidents, and was aggressive towards other drivers.

Did not inform me that their driver(s) were currently busy, but that's okay, being late for work is just fine maybe I should just walk.

On 12/13/2016 "care cab" van #901 almost took out two separate cars AND mine when she (the driver) crossed two lanes of traffic and a center turn lane and came into my lane directly in front of me in New Brighton while exiting a parking lot! I slammed on my breaks and my horn and this lady didn't even speed up to catch up to speed! Then she turned where I was turning at the next intersection and proceeded to do 20 mpg in a 35 mpg zone! And came to a full stop and moved into the right bike lane! What kind of care is that for other motorists on the road!? Disgusting. And those poor people she almost took out I'm sure skipped a heartbeat because the rest of us watching it sure did!
