I'm a pretty easy person to please, but I was told one thing and received the complete opposite. The experience we had through St. Cloud Party Bus and Limo services was awful. I worked with the owner for weeks leading up to the wedding, I was even shopping around (because I wanted the best for my brothers wedding) but ended up coming back to St. Cloud Taxi Party Bus and Limo services because they said nobody in town could beat the price, experience or level of professionalism. 

The owner, Rocky had been telling me for weeks that he would be driving because he felt weddings should be special and he wanted to be there himself. He told me about all the great amenities the bus had to offer- besides the ability to play music, it was all a lie.  Now, I was very understanding because the morning of the wedding he called me (in the midst of an already CRAZY/ stressful morning) and explained that he would be sending another driver because he was dealing with complications from a storm the night before. I was fine with that, but the driver that was sent looked so unprofessional- he didn't even have TEETH. I was so embarrassed.

The bus that was sent was not the one promised (we had earlier discussed a white bus would be sent, which was "really nice for weddings"). I had five different people (outside of the wedding party) come to me during the reception to say they thought the bus looked "ghetto". Having spent several hundred dollars for this bus as a gift to my brother on his wedding day, I was mortified. 

There was NO air conditioning on the bus, all the windows were open but it was so windy, the girls' hair was messed up by the time we got to the reception (real bummer) and we had all been sweating from the heat. Also, I was promised "mixers" on the bus, a mixture of soda and water for the wedding party to enjoy. There were about 12 waters available, that's it....pretty disappointing considering I planned what I was bringing on around this promise. 

I could go on and on, what I will say is I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, nor will I ever rent a party bus again after this experience. We know a lot of young couples getting married or engaged- this company should have thought twice about the experience they provided. 

Everyone I've talked to said our wedding party deserves a full refund, I know that won't happen but I want to be sure others know before spending several hundred dollars on a VERY disappointing taxi ride (which was supposed to be luxurious experience).

I know St Cloud Taxi and Party Bus, it is ROCKY HORN.  He is the owner.  He is excellent dealing with people and problems.  If you ever encounter a problem with this company, contact Rocky and work it out.  He is level headed and believes in doing things right.

I was visiting a friend for a girls night out in St. Cloud. We called St. Cloud Taxi & Transportation to request a ride in an hour and they were right on time! The taxi was very clean in comparison to any others I had ever been in and the driver was very polite. We were so satisfied with the service that we called for a ride home at bar close because we knew they would be on time and they had a shorter wait time then other taxis. 

I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the St.Cloud area that needs a ride!

Any student who needs a taxi, should use their service. Show your student ID and get a dollar off. Great people. Highly Recommended.

St.Cloud Taxi is a great service.The drivers are polite and talkative.They help when needed.They are on time or even early most of the time.When you call in for a time call they make sure that they have a driver there for you.10-20 minute waite time is better than 45min.They will also give you a curtisy call if they are running behind and when they arrive they will call to let you know.
