If I can give this company a minus 1 I would. I've used this company for 2 weeks straight EVERYDAY sometimes even twice a day. All of the drivers we're awesome! Until I got stuck with this racist driver. Once I entered the cab her first sentence to me = " I hope you have the correct amount or we're going to stop and get change..🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 I politely told her I KNOW EXACTLY how much it's going to be. She tried to go the opposite direction of my destination and once I asked her to just let me out her exact words were" YOU people are " once I asked her to repeat herself then she started saying all of this irrelevant stuff...I politely gave her 7 dollars and a "Tip" and my tip went something like...." please brush up on your customer service skills" Yellow cab won't EVER receive a dime from me.😚

Called for a taxi and they said they were coming. 30 minutes later, no one shows up and says our address doesn’t exist when we use the same address for everything else. Horrible company

Paul who worked for yellow cab 30 plus years was so friendly and professional.   Ask for him next time in the mornings... 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Called and whoever answers their phone is very hard to understand and gives you inaccurate wait time. Drivers are not put together very smelly and dirty. I was told 30 mins and after 45mins of waiting i called and was told that they said it would be an hour wait and when I told them they said 30min wait time the person on the phone told me I was lying. NEVER on time and I have had to give directions. They are my last cab company I dread calling when I need cab service. Otherwise I will wait for another cab company to pick me up if not important ride. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I use yellow cab every morning. I will never use a different cab company. If the driver is late in the morning they always call and let us know. The morning drivers are very friendly.
