It all started well. I got a great quote for a Saturday move. 

Come moving day this "company" was a no call, no show. I tried calling and the phone went right to voice mail. I emailed and received no response. In fact it's days later and I still haven't heard from them, not even a lame excuse or apology.

Stay away from this company.

STAY AWAY!  My Wife's sister had used them in the past and was happy with them, so we decided to give them a shot.  They sent three kids to do the move, and they were terrible.  One was on some sort of drugs, and another wouldn't stop farting while he was getting our stuff.  Completely unprofessional.  They were very also very slow (watching the bill increase) and I had to ask them to stop using their phones and speed things up more than once.

Then when they were unloading, they piled FRAGILE boxes on top of each other until the bottom boxes broke.  Unreal.  They also complained about their boss the whole time, and how they relied on good tips...BUT IT GETS WORSE!!!!

So then about 2 years later we're moving again, and my wife asks me to give them another shot.  I call and explain my issues with the 1st experience, and the owner assures me it won't happen again, and he apologizes for the last time.  I decide to give them a second chance.

Moving day comes, and they don't.  An hour passes.  No call, no show.  We call...and they explain their computer died and didn't know who they were supposed to go to, but it was good now and they were on their way.  So we waited.  No show, no call.  Finally we call back.  Now their truck broke down....but they assure me they'll be there and won't go home until the jobs done.  I managed to get a price discount from the owner, but an 8AM move turned into an all day move.  

These movers were better...but were still not great.  At the end of the night, I handed them the money order and they asked if I could pay in cash since their boss doesn't pay them right away.  I told them no...but again very unprofessional and shady.

They will not get a 3rd chance from me.  ANYONE READING THIS I URGE TO NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A 1st CHANCE.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found Careful Moving Service. Buddy and Dan were great. I was late, and they waited for me to arrive. This was a last minute move,
they were able to accommodate my schedule their pricing was exceptional. I'm really Happy I choose Careful Moving Service.

My husband & I were really impressed when Dan contacted us within 15 minutes of completing the "Contact Us" form on their website.  He worked with us to schedule the move on short notice & quoted a fair price to move a 400 lb bar from Moorestown, NJ to Bensalem, PA.  Juan & his co-mover were on-time, very polite, handled the bar very carefully & within the timeframe allotted. We will definitely call Dan @ Careful Moving Services again for any & all moves in the future & highly recommend them to anyone needing a moving service.

I also found Dan Ewall's Careful Moving Services on Craig's List. Unlike the others I contacted, he replied to my emails right away, even though it was the very busy fall moving season. He was accommodating when I had to change my date. I really like his checklist for getting a quote. His price is fair. He was always courteous. The two men he sent me called to fine tune their ETA on moving day. They were fast, efficient, courteous and even cheerful although they had to carry many book boxes up to a 3rd floor apt. Not one thing was damaged. It could not have been a better experience of quick work and good service.
