I have adjusted my review back to a five star review.  It appears there was a series of miscommunications.  I did receive a message telling me the best times to drop off my belongings.  When I arrived, the staff and manager were gracious and apologetic.  They made sure that everything was correct and thanked me for my business. They were polite and professional.  I would recommend this business to others.

They moved me two weeks ago.  Showed up late. Said their truck broke down and ended up sending an extra guy which cost me more than original estimate. The next day when Directv came I found they out they broke one my tvs. I immediately called Steve and received no response. Called him again and he finally called me on Saturday. Said he would call me after he spoke with his crew Monday. That was over a week ago and still have not heard from him. I would definitely would recommend him.

Used them twice. First time was good however they left their hand Truck at our house and we called several times and they never came to pick it up. The 2nd move was 1.5 years later and after the guys left our new home I noticed I was missing 2 ladders. I called Steve twice and still no return call. My Girlfriend also called as she set them up and No return call. Noticed my Freezer was badly damaged also. Crew never brought this up as it was obvious they did the damage. They do not mark each item to confirm you have everything. By not returning calls tells you a lot! Oh and by the way I kept their hand truck for 1.5 years and returned it to them when they moved us the 2nd time.

Horrible experience. Took a hour lunch break and 4 cigarette breaks & charged me for it. Damaged my son's crib & we had to buy all new hardware for it to be stable again. One of the workers was vaping the whole time & one was texting. No sense of uregency took their time so they could charge me more. Now trying to call to get some resolution & no return phone call.

They stole all of my medication, my hotwheels collection, and one of the movers made sexual advances towards my 11 year old daughter
