You have found THE BEST moving service, no need to look any further. Kyle and James are PROFESSIONALS, they are reliable, responsive and two really good dudes. I called the day before I needed their service, the pick up window was between 230 and 3pm (we reserved the elevator) it was an 8 foot couch I found on Craigslist and Kyle made me feel like the request want crazy and it could fit in his schedule. They are affordable, insured, the truck is SPOTLESS. I can not say enough about Kyle and James, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT LOST! I will absolutely use Fresh Start Movers AGAIN and AGAIN. I highly recommend them.

I was having trouble finding a movers that would move a small amount of furniture. Fresh Start had no problem moving my items. 

They confirmed my appointment the day before. The team showed up at my home was...
on time, courteous, and helpful. They went above and beyond to get a very heavy sofa down seven flights of stairs. Everything arrived undamaged and I had no surprises with the final bill.

These days you don’t get movers that go above and beyond. Fresh Start does... I would highly recommend them for large and small moves.

My husband and I moved from San Rafael to Sausalito this weekend. As soon as we called to inquire we knew we were going to contract with Kyle and his team. We were so happy with our choice. Kyle and James were professional, friendly and very efficient. We are happy to recommend Fresh Start Movers to everyone. We have used other local movers and there is no comparison. There is no question that we will use Fresh Start again and will recommend them to all our friends!

If you care about the caliber and quality of the people you invite into your home to perform important tasks — like moving your valuable belongings — you will love dealing with Kyle and James from Fresh Start Movers. When we worked with them they were both perfect gentlemen and very respectful. Every time before they stepped into our new space they wiped their feet, even when carrying a heavy load, and were careful and cautious with every piece of furniture. 

They showed us in a thousand little ways that they really cared about us and our things. The day started with them showing up on time and sharing a pleasant and productive conversation about the best ways to proceed. This gave us great confidence as each of them displayed excellent communication in planning out their job, and keeping us informed.

It would be hard to imagine a better experience. We give our highest recommendation to Kyle and James of Fresh Start Movers. Many thanks!

Highly recommend this company for a easy, professional, no hassle move. They make sure to protect your furniture with blankets and shrink wrap. They even fixed my bed!! Very pleased and will use them again if I ever have to move!! Thanks guys!
