I have to say in the six months + maybe a year now? Time Flies!, I have been thoroughly impressed with the sincere care provided by these people, the entire staff are warm and pleasant and truly care !  about your well being from my personal experience. I am so thankful to have found them!

CareNow has been my most favorite place to go for quite some time now. It is the only place I go or should I say went. I go every few months for the same exact thing. Exacerbation of COPD. I was there maybe a month ago and got my routine treatment and prescriptions. I asked for refills on a simple ventolin inhaler. I was told yes there will be refilled. I am going away to California in a few days and called for refill on what I thought I had many of. Well I find out they did not give me refill order. And I also find out they will not refill it I must go in. I was so happy with this place. Obviously they weren't my real caretakers. Obviously, they only want your co-pays and money from Medicare. I'm so very very disappointed. I will never be going back there again. More than a little sad.

I went here Sunday morning and was so impressed by the friendliness of the staff! From front desk being quirky and helpful, the nurses being very personable and sweet and the doctor being very concerned and caring. I got great care for what I was being seen about. It was nice to have an enjoyable overall experience, the only complaint I can come up with is a long wait (probably an hour before going to a room) but I think that's any urgent care!

I received thorough, excellent care at this facility. It was clean, I was seen by a doctor within minutes, and I received the proper diagnosis.  I was better within a few days. What more could I ask for?? They get 5 stars from me.

Everyone was professional, thorough, and friendly. Yes, there was a wait; I was there for about an hour and a half, but it IS, after all, a walk-in urgent care center. Highly recommend!
