Dr Scott Towbin us one of the best primary I had in my life time

Absolute worst office I have ever experienced. I had an appointment scheduled for 45 days. I arrive for my scheduled appointment at 2pm and at 3pm still had not been called to see the doctor. I asked for a refund and was given an attitude. I waited for 1 hour past my scheduled time.
I received an email from the office supervisor after posting a comment on Google. It was condescending and insulting as she lied about the situation and pawned the wait off on an emergency..... Yet the doctor called 4 people in 2 of which came in after me. 
Incompetent and disorganized staff giving this doctor a bad reputation. 
I will never return to this office.

I am disabled and have many doctors. But Dr. Tobin and his staff are the best.  They are understanding and make me feel that he and his staff truly cares for my Health\well being.
 Sometimes they are really busy. And appointments can  take 2 or 3 months to schedule. Worth the wait!

I would recommend this Dr. Office to anyone! I had a very good experience, even though I was late for my appointment I was still taken right in. Staff was VERY nice and the Dr was very helpful with everything I needed.
