Cargo Imported Furniture is a store in Fort Lauderdale.
A B O U T U S
Cargo Furniture first saw its light back in 2000, it originated from a lifelong interest in design. After a modest start, in a 750 sq.ft. store front it quickly grow into a strong import business which expanded into wholesale, prop rental and set decoration. Our passion for environmental and animal rights issues led us to create Cargo Cares in 2008, a non-profit exotic animal rescue that took in abandoned pets and former laboratory animals.
Now in a 3000 sq. ft. space we recently started an Art and Design Department which include several new lines designed by Cargo and a collection of paintings from several artists around the globe.
Our collection of furniture reflects our own style preferences in home furnishing, therefore we carry such a wide variety of items, from French Industrial, Organic Contemporary to Country Chinese Antiques, we design most of the lines ourselves and we feel strongly about using recycled wood for the sake of the environment.

We, the people at Cargo Furniture, feel very strongly about environmental issues. A greater part of our manufacturing uses only recycled or plantation grown wood. We condemn illegal harvesting, child-labor and mistreatment of animals. We recycle or reuse all materials from container shipments, warehousing and office supplies.
Out of concern for our environment and the deforestation of the rain forests around the world, none of the wood used in our furniture stems from the Indonesian rain forest. Neither Mahogany nor Teak woods are native to Indonesia and have therefore no origin in the rain forest.
Everything from tables and chairs to accessories and paintings.
