The sales person Jeff was so helpful. He understood what we wanted as far as price, style and color. He spent the whole time with us showing us our options and what we could do. He matched everything that was going in the house all down to the area rug. He continued to be with us even after the sale to follow-up after delivery. I couldn't of asked for a better experience!!! Amazing. Definitely will be going back for more furniture.

Priscilla, my Sales Manager was fun and enjoyable to work with. She is both professional and friendly. That's a rare combination of qualities in today's retail environment. I highly recommend Priscilla and City Furniture. I love my new Sofa!!! Thanks Priscilla. Thanks City Furniture. The Delivery guys were terrific too.

Domenic assisted us with a purchase of a mattress and some additional pieces on Sunday on which they close at 6 pm. We were in the store discussing at 6:30 and told him we'd come back the next day at which he suggested he would wait for us to go home, measure and come back. He was very professional and patient. Thank you, Domenic for a great experience and making it convenient for us!

The Manager Trainee Johnathan Edman was very professional, helpful and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and helped me tremendously to select the proper pillow based on my sleeping position (very important for me) and also recommended some excellent accessories for the bed.  He also returned all my calls and responded to my emails in a timely manner.  The prices of the furniture were reasonable and the quality decent.  I got exactly the furniture that I wanted!

Chet helped us and was magnificent. We told him we didn't want to be showed around so he didn't bother us, he kind of popped up every 10 minutes or so to answer any questions we had. This was exactly what we wanted, and are appreciative of his ability to give us space to shop as we pleased.

City Furniture was our first stop in shopping around, but when we returned, defeated by other inferior couches, Chet welcomed us back with opened arms. 

He was upfront about all the fees, took the time to carefully explain exactly what we'd be paying for, and all the extras. He explained the delivery situations and helped us decide how to proceed. 

He made shopping at City Funiture worth it, not the couch. I usually try to avoid large chains to shop local and was skeptical I'd find what I wanted at City. Not only am I pleased with my purchase, but I'm pleased to have worked with such a nice man. Thanks, Chet. :)
