We ordered a bakers dozen bagels and requested they be cut. The young guy behind the counter made fun of us for asking to a co-worker. Wow! Never going there again.

Quiet, efficient coffee/bagel spot on the northeast which needed something of the sort. That combined with some of the membership deals make this a nice spot.

I generally LOVE Caribou but this location sucks. They burnt my bagel to charcoal and still served it to me. Every time I get coffee here it is burnt tasting or not what I ordered. I much prefer the location on 3rd. Save yourself from a terrible experience and go to the one on 3rd instead.

They definitely have room to improve. I don't know if they don't know how to make coffee but for six bucks a cup try to get it right at least on the 4th time
