If I could I would give zero stars for customer service post purchase. We have had good service when we purchased our mattress but we knew exactly what we wanted. When we need a warranty inspection it took 4 weeks and 6 phones and talking directly to the manager to get someone to look at our mattress for 2 minutes. We needed a replacement mattress and I had to call and call to get anything done with it. You can only work with the original sales person which is very ineffective and inefficient. I am extremely dissatisfied with Conlins and will never shop there again or recommend it to anyone. I am willing to pay more for less hassle.

Jimmy J at the Bismarck store was great to work with.  Conlin's was our first stop so we weren't ready to make a commitment, after going into a competitor's store we found what we we're looking for, but were not impressed with their customer service.  We are hoping to find similar furniture at Conlin's so we can do business with Jimmy.

I had my furniture delivery set up for August 25th. We were going to be out of town so I arranged for my Mom to come and let the delivery guys in. My mom got a hold of our Salesman after several hours and he had no idea why our furniture hadn't gotten delivered and could not get a hold of anyone in that department to ask. Finally he called back and said our bedroom set arrived damaged and he just forgot to call us. Our furniture got delivered on September 5th. Shortly after the delivery guys left, we noticed the drawers did not fit correctly, they had a large gap and a chip in one. I called that day and all week leaving messages with no call back until I finally got a hold of our salesman. He said the service department is backed up and could not give me a date for it to be looked at other then a "few weeks". I called the manager and she told me the same thing. It's the end of October and I still have not heard anything. There is no reason why I couldn't of been called and at least given an update or a date they can fix it by now. I love the bedroom set but I'm very unhappy with the customer service.

Very impressed and satisfied with our experience here! We had a horrible situation happen with Macy’s Furniture and needed a sofa desperately to go home with when we were traveling back home. We stopped into Conlins and Mike immediately helped us! He was super great and we are grateful that we were able to choose a sofa to go home with same day. Will be back again! Thank you Mike!!!
