Only one person in line ordering, so I stood behind that person.  They got their order and left.  I approached the counter and wasn't acknowledged, I waited a minute while the associates held a conversation with each other, then another lady came up behind me.  The associate greeted her and said that she is next because she entered the line on the correct side.  I calmly walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

Staff was somewhat rude and didn’t show a great deal of cleanliness or competence in getting my coffee.  Took several minutes to have an employee even acknowledge that I was standing there in front of them. Nothing ruins a food experience when I feel like I can’t trust the cleanliness.

If you come to the Richmond international airport you have to visit caribou coffee they have the best green tea lemonade in town

Very yummy! I come here (jsarge campus) for breakfast a lot. The staff are very friendly as well.

Pathetically slow service by an apathetic, unconcerned individual.  I walked away from the vendor without placing an order because of the horrendous attitude on display.
