Worst customer service ever! Only customer in the store. 1 employee working counter and drive thru. Employee walked by front counter and served 3 people from drive thru taking 5 minutes to acknowledge us. Finally he says give me a second. He'll I gave him 300 seconds. I keep telling my husband stop purchasing coffee from there.

Customers service is really bad. Seems like employees are to busy with there own social life than taking care of the customer. As I walked in 2 employees were tallking amongs them but totally ignored me. Not the way you think Dunkin Donuts would run. Management needs to watch or cooperate needs to. I feel like they are bringing the  brand name down.

I went here a couple of days ago, so excited about the new cotton candy coolatta’s only to be disappointed by their POOR customer service. A man with dreads was working the drive thru and when he finally came to the window, he looked as if I ruined his whole entire day. He was just standing there. I then asked if they had the drink, he rolled his eyes and confirmed they did, making it very obvious that he was annoyed. Long story short, his attitude sucked and my sandwich was burnt. I love dunkin donuts but after 2 experiences like that, won’t be returning!!

Terrible service, coffee was not made right at all, and sandwich was burnt. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts and I grew up in New England. Please hire an entirely new management team or shut this establishment down. It's an absolute shame to the entire Dunkin Donuts corporation.

If I could give a 0 I would. Me and my children walked in to get them some Doughnuts. When Dom the only employee in the building was sitting on the wall on his cellphone begin to ask what we wanted.he never got off the phone until he realize he couldn't do two things at one time. My youngest child ask for what they wanted by the color of the doughnut when Dom begin to tell me I needed to teach my child how to read it would make his job easy. New flash you work at dunkin doughnut. It not that hard to put a doughnut in a box and take and order. Get better trained people that want to do their jobs. Its costing you money. I will never be back to this location and for a grown man to insult a child who by the way can read is a damn shame.
