I wanna make sure i get thus msg out and across how ever i can so please read,  i wish they would send some secret shoppers in so they would no how dedicated customers get treated especially with Laura E working here.

I use to love going to this store but now I hesitate to go there. The new supervisor stated a comment that I didn't care for, and on top of that this new girl that use to work for caribou that came back an it happen to be this store is rude and when I say rude I mean.

I'm not a coffee person but they have lots of great coffee-less options. Just a tiny bit pricey.

I've been to this location a few times and ordinarily it's fine. Today, I arrived around 4 and school had let out. All the middle school students had come in and they were unruly, disrespectful and unsupervised. I don't know whether the employees are prohibited from telling the students what to do, but it was not a place to get work done today.

I have been to many Caribous and have great service. This service at this Caribou is terrible! To start they were pretty much out of stock of every sandwich and bakery item. After asking for our 5th item that she said they did not have we stopped asking and decided not to get food. Then ordered one drink (which took her 3 times of asking to actually listen and place order in the computer) and we waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes at the window. I've had wonder service at Caribous, this location did not meet my expectations.
