We've been coming to Rose Garden for the past 2.5 years, and haven't had a bad experience yet. The food is tasty, and the helpings are very generous. While the staff may seem a bit abrupt at times, they are really very sweet. My favorite is the sesame chicken, which is just wonderful. They use some cinnamon in the sauce, which makes it absolutely delicious.

Best Chinese Food that I have ever tasted for a great price. It was very homemade and wholesome. Egg drop soup was so delicious, sweet and sour pork perfect inside and out; I took mushroom pork and rice home and it was phenomenal even as leftovers. Plenty of food. Consider sharing with a friend.

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years now, the flavors are decent and the portion sizes are huge. Very affordable. Can't go wrong for entertaining a large group. That said, the quality varies, sometimes the lo mein and fried rice are VERY greasy. Just absolutely soaked. I love the flavor of the sweet and sour chicken and pork but the meat can be trimmed poorly and the breading is often too thick leaving me to throw many pieces away. My husband loves their egg foo young and chow mein and while they are not my favorite they always taste good. The house egg rolls are popular with my family but I am personally not a fan. We have been patrons less and less, would rather have Angkor Restaurant deliver for the much higher quality, even if it does cost more. Also how do these guys STILL not accept cards? It would be so easy to just get a Square reader or something!

Pathetic customer service. There are only 9 tables in the place, and it was only half full, but our horrible waitress never checked up on us. They do constant take out business and ignore their tables. We left over 20 minutes after finishing, after begging the staff to bring us boxes. The food is mediocre to poor.

I was there during the lunch buffet so I had a chance to try a variety of items including lo mein, fried rice, sweet and sour, fried chicken and a few appetizers. Nothing fancy, but almost everything was quite tasty. The cashew chicken was mostly celery but still tasted good. The S&S pork was a bit chewy and the fried rice was a bit oily, otherwise everything met expectations. The buffet experience was a bit of a surprise since it's served dim sum style instead of self serve. An obvious plus is the food is always fresh and hot. On the downside though, the rate at which each dish is offered made me feel pressured to eat quickly, or risk missing an offering. As it was, I passed on a few items I would have liked to try simply because my plate was already full. Turns out the items are offered on a fairly predictable rotation so I got a second chance. Another con to this service method is the lack of control over portion size and placement on the plate. The server buried my unfinished sweet and sour and the half-used packet of hot mustard with a scoop of fried rice. I would have chosen differently if I had been operating the scoop. I was offered no menu, so I assume they are in buffet mode during lunch. I felt rushed the entire time I was there but I was eating my first bite within 90 seconds of walking in the door. So if yours is a short lunch hour, Rose Garden is the place to go. Oh, but bring cash or a check: no forms of electronic payment are accepted. I look forward to ordering off the menu next time, assuming they actually have one ... Seriously, they still take checks!
