I was there a couple of weeks ago and first of all the service was rude. I had three dogs and my friend had one dog (we went in separately so the dogs wouldn't be left alone.) My friend got a pup cup for her dogs so when I went in and before I paid I asked for 3 pup cups (since it was 3 I thought it would be okay to if I had to pay a little extra.) The told me my friend already got her pup cup. I told him nicely that I have 3 other dogs in the car and he looked at me with disbelief. But he did give them to me. I waited about 10 minutes for my small campfire mocha cooler and when I got it, the order was wrong. Dark chocolate instead of white, and no extra marshmallows (I paid extra) but since I didn't feel like waiting any longer or arguing I just left. I love the other caribou in monticello and will continue to go to that one.

Menu changed! The Chicken Apple sausage breakfast sandwich is no longer on the Menu!
Also, the store's I visit rarely ever serve my favorite Medium roast coffe fresh.

This caribou sucks. Service and drinks. They put so much ice in that you can't put your straw in the cup. The sides were bending I had to open my Lid a grab the ice chunk out, losing a good inch and a 1/2 of drink. When I asked for decaf I got 3 eyerolls from baristas.. What a great way to start my morning… not.  I went through the drive-through and I used to work at caribou so I know you're supposed to talk to the person waiting, no one talked to me at all they simply said the price then shoved the stuff at me after waiting for 6 mins.. and no it wasn't busy, i was the only customer there. No have a good day or by, no hello or how are you. So rude. I'll for sure be going to the other Caribou from now on.

Quiet every time I go there. Great place to meet or study. They have tables and a sitting area by a fire place.
