Great place!! Awesome staff! I stopped in to look for a Christmas gift for my wife and Carl helped me design a beautiful ring. The turn around time was very impressive and they worked within my budget giving me a lot of ideas and guidance. I'm a bit intimidated/overwhelmed by jewelry stores, especially designing jewelry, but they made me feel very conformable. I was very impressed with the entire experience and this is now my go to place for all of my jewelry needs. I would give them 6 stars if i could

Great customer service. Excellent work. Just didn’t stay under our budget. There were costs we didn’t know about until it was delivered. Maybe if we were told, it would have been fine. Is the piece gorgeous, yes! Did they know their stuff at Doubet, yes! Just shocked when the cost was >25% more.

I would give them zero stars if possible. 11 years ago I bought an engagement ring and wedding bands. The process and transaction was good dealing with Nola. I went back for a 10 year ring and had a horrible experience. After the transaction Frank would send my wife emails/facebook messages that were not professional. Really creepy to the point that "he had a song that made him think of her" among other things. My wife tried to be nice without telling him to screw off so I had to. This left me in a difficult spot because a few months later the ring we bought had two diamonds fall out and we could not take it back due to the lack of professionalism. I had to take it to another jeweler for repair and they discovered 17 other diamonds with loose prongs in addition to the two missing. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My review is 2 fold. I'll start with the positive. I recently had my engagement ring reset and I could not LOVE my ring any more. It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I pictured in my head. Will I be back or recommend them? Probably not and here's why. When I went to discuss my ring, I made 2 visits, one to discuss and design and one to drop off the ring, both visits had extensive detailed discussions about prices, time frames, and even a future design for another piece to be made in a few years. However, for this piece, I was told 10-12 days for the job and a certain price for the job. Even the phrase "we'll try to do it for less..." was used. I called them a couple of times to check on my ring and at one point reminded them they have had this ring for almost a month. Then, when they finally got it back from the designer, they started renegotiating the price with me for the work done. It was $100 higher than I got quoted on both of my visits. In short, not disappointed in the quality of work but disappointed in the lack of customer service and that they were not able to stick to their originally quoted price or give me a courtesy call about the progress seeing that it was taking twice the time stated. The anxiety of have to renegotiating the price when they have my property in their possession is a big no-no. $100 is not alot of money, certainly not enough to lose a customer and certainly not worth the anxiety I felt having this discussion . The owner also mentioned while handing my ring to me, they didn't make any money on this. Doubet's profit margin is not my problem and it's certainly not professional to even bring that up. Won't be back.

I gave them a picture of a ring I wanted made up for my wife (for our 20th anniversary). I am completely satisfied with the service and the completed ring. The original design was improved upon after several molds and consultations with my wife, the owners Carl, Stan and Nola. I picked it up on a snowy Saturday and it shined like the sun! It turned out spectacular! The quality and craftsmenship are superb. I found myself staring at it at every stoplight on the drive home! It really sparkles! I also enjoyed talking to the The Doubet family when I was at the showroom. They are all so very nice and welcoming.
