When my husband said he would like for me to pick out a gift for our 25th anniversary, I knew what I wanted and began searching. I didn’t want to go to the mall store chains, and was searching local stores when The Jewelry Exchange commercial came on that we were used to seeing for years. Their website had so many options and the pricing was better than anywhere I looked. We made the trip from South Jersey, were welcomed by very friendly staff and met Angela. She could not have been more helpful in listening to what I wanted/hoped for and we quickly found the perfect anniversary band, even better than what we expected. Additionally, because it had to be sized and we live a distance away, they worked it out to be done that day to accommodate us. Thank you to Angela and everyone there. We highly recommend The Jewelry Exchange!
We purchased our wedding bands from the Jewelry Exchange in Norristown and couldn't be more pleased. Our sales person Lena, was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and took all the time we needed to make up our minds on which rings we wanted. The quality is exceptional and the assortment of rings from which to choose was extensive. We have been looking for a while and had not seen pricing this good anywhere. It was well worth the trip to drive to Norristown!

Our 1st time coming to this location in Philadelphia. Amazing staff!! From The moment we walked in. The attention to detail, The patients and most important the friendliness of the staff was such a breath of fresh air. Carmen who greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Ali the manager who was so amazing and talked us through the whole process of what was needed and helped me pick out my earrings . Phenomenal staff , definitely will make this my new go to location. You don’t feel pressured into buying something. They don’t make you feel awkward or uneasy. It was just a whole vibe with them!! Thanks for being amazing guys, we appreciate you all!!!
i have a ring my father bought my mother 30 years ago the diamond fell out and was to big i took it here 30 years later and they sized and and foxed it and looks and feels amazing thank you guys so much and so happy your still opened!!!

My fiancée purchased my engagement ring, it is absolutely gorgeous. We came back today for our wedding bands and the sales people were absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend you to go see them!!!!!
