Food was fast and good.  However, the bathrooms, that's another post. Well, I'll continue. There was a gentlemen in the men's bathroom taking a birdbath. There was water everywhere on the floor. Apparently, homeless use the restroom as a public shower.

The food is ok. Service is fine. Their breakfast portions are worth a lot. Very inspiring😄😄😄. The chicken is one to reckon with. We went when it was not so busy.
It was warm inside and the toilets were very clean.

Terrible service. Very rude. Messed up a very clear and specific order. Then got mad at me because I wanted it corrected. Soledad took the order very rude. And no apology for the rudeness or incorrect order.

The woman who works the register at midnight is super RUDE and unprofessional ..i think she is the manager! . my hubby and i have had bad experiences everytime she takes our order, it really sucks bc we love carls and we get it after work and this is the closest 24hour location. We havnt been here for a month and forgot what horrible service they have . Tonight we ordered 2 all star meals and she didnt put the cookies in ...and on top pf that she gave us SMALL drinks....AND when we were ordering...she kept saying little side comments as if our order was too inconvenient for her . Smh.  My husband has filed a complaint about the service but hasnt heard back from anyone. Laaaame! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! This place sucks
