The RAM Restaurant & Brewhouse is now open in Marysville! We are part of Seattle's Premium Outlets, located next to the Tulalip Casino.

Story

The Ram is a private, independent, family-owned and operated restaurant business. We were born on February 26, 1971 when our founders took their entrepreneurial spirit and experiences they received making pizza and serving beer at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor to open their own restaurant. That first restaurant was called the Ram Pub, which was a “Deluxe Tavern” that served hot food, including cook-your-own burgers and steaks, along with beer and wine.

The “Deluxe Tavern” concept gradually evolved throughout the ‘70s into our casual, full-service, family-oriented restaurants of today. Our brand grew further when we opened our first fine-dining dinner house in 1980.

In 1995 we launched the Big Horn Brewing Company. By brewing our own ales and lagers, we are able to offer our guests superior quality, nationally recognized, hand-crafted beers at value prices.

First time here. Came right at noon. We were seated right away. Waitress was prompt. Great beer selection, 6 choice flight was 6 dollars. Just over a pint. Food selecting was good. Ended up with big kauna burger which is house made ahi tuna burger, tasted excellent. Also has artichoke dip it was great too. Will return soon.

I'll never eat at this Ram location ever again in my life. I have given this Ram location multiple attempts to get it right but every single time it was always a very disappointing experience. I never complained about it....I just took notice and made myself aware of it, but still would come back thinking it would get better. The service is the worst imaginable and the food is terrible. The irony is that there is another Ram location I frequent in Pierce County where I live and their food is always good and it's the same damn menu. The calamari I ordered was terrible!! I even looked at the reviews while sitting with my food in front of me and read all the bad reviews and felt like an idiot for staying at that restaurant,especially the review that mentioned how bad the calamari was there. I didn't eat it!! I ate 1 calamari and spit it in a napkin and set it aside. I was with a group of people and we purposely ordered several different items on the menu to see if there was anything good they made....all of the meals were horrible. When we first arrived there....it took forever to get service when we sat down. Yes it was a typical Friday night at the Ram....very busy in the bar area....I understand that...but to wait 30 minutes for a meet and greet from any kind of service was nonexistent! All they had to do was say....we are slammed...we will get someone to you soon as possible and that would have sufficed. We sat in a booth seat.....these booth seats are the biggest ones in the restaurant that seat a lot of people....there was 4 of us and we still could have had more people sit with us. With that being said we waited 30 minutes for a HOW CAN I HELP YOU. So......food is terrible and service every single time is horrible.......but now the part that really made us all not want to never return......the waitress name is Shelby. Shelby is the worst server we ever experienced in all of our combined lifetime experience we have had as a group with other servers anywhere else in the entire world. We spent most of our time talking about how terrible her attitude was.....we even sat and watched her service other tables thinking that maybe it was just our group.....we noticed she never really had a genuine smile or laugh. She seemed annoyed with customers.....very very rude! We were terrified to ask her for anything because she was so god damn sarcastic!! We would ask other servers for help and even though they were not our assigned server....they would help us but when Shelby came up to us we would just get quiet as a table. We sat on the bar side to have drinks and watch football and after ordering our first round of drinks...when we realized how rude she was we didn't order another drink from that bar. I didn't even finish my first and only drink and I'm a God damn alcoholic!! We just settled with ordering our food. At the end of the night we left a $20 tip for a almost $200 ticket only because one of the people that was in my group is actually our employer and he discussed at length why he was still gonna leave a tip. We normally tip very large amounts of money to our servers at other restaurants but the $20 was a lengthy debate amongst our table because we were gonna leave $1.....but we felt as a table after arguing amongst ourselves that the right thing to do would be to leave a better tip because at the end of the day it was the right thing to do.....but we all agreed we would never return. We decided that Bobs Burgers down the street would be our new spot and we never have eaten there before!😳😳😳I do not want to be referred to email this restaurant to ease the experience.....I want the manager of this store to have a store meeting....read all of the bad reviews and not settle for a 3.5 rating and discuss with the employees better service and the cooks to actually care about the food they make for customers.

Service was only ok because we got sat in a too crowded area for our or server. She was overloaded. I also don't recommend the steak sandwich. It was horrible. Kids like their meal and it was a good atmosphere. Visits in the past have been better for sure.

If you get the fish and chips I warn you it is a big fish I would suggest sharing it with someone! Love the craft beer well you are in luck! Great selection of their own custom craft beers! a Delight!

This was our second visit. We went when it first opened and wasnt impressed, but thought we would try again. Very clean, no wait time, friendly greeting. The drinking water is awful, I'm not sure why....... Calamari was very greasy, covered in peppers and fishy. I actually gagged and spit one out on my plate. (We told our waitress and she removed it from the bill. Very thankful for that.) Both kids meals were good- mac and cheese and grilled cheese. I got a side Caesar salad. Had zero flavor/dressing. Ending putting left over ranch from my kids carrots on it! Husband got clam chowder to start, then fried chicken and biscuits and gravy. The clam chowder was flavorless with a hint of fish. It was more "jelly like" than creamy. The gravy was the same, just a big blob of gelatinous goo on top of very dry biscuits. No flavor at all. I tried some of his coleslaw and gagged......again......soooo..much horse radish. I think the price for the amount of food is good, but the price for the quality of food.......I still wouldn't eat it if it were free. Unless its on the kids menus! Best carrots I've ever had, for real.
