Pizza was burnt. Picked up order on 10/7/17 6:20 PM. Zak Sehorn, the customer service employee who served me did not even open the pizza package to show me the pizza before taking my payment. I didn't realized till I got home that the whole pizza was burnt on all the layers. The company POS was not even working correctly as it could not process my credit card due to some issues with their computer system regarding expiry date. Instead, I had to wait for them to make a phone call in order to process my payment. When I returned the burnt pizza and asked for a refund, Zak advised me that they could not process the refund via their system and they had to call it in. Zak did not even provide me with any kind of written documentation to show me that my refund had been processed. He just told me to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to my credit card. I had to tell Zak to at least sign on the copy of the receipt. Not ordering any pizza from this place anymore. Customer service is horrible. Overhead the delivery guy having an argument with the staff in the kitchen about "you should listen to customers". Store management poor.

This place was great when it opened but they have really gone down hill. I go here because it was really good pizza and the toppings were always fresh. Got a medium pizza today and some cheese bread. The pizza was sloppy in the middle all the toppings seamed thrown on. And I couldn't taste one topping from the next. I tasted just vary bland. The cheese bread was almost uneatable. The cheese was close to burnt and the bread was the consistency of 9 day old stuff. For 25$ I feel like this should have been exceptional and I felt like I should have gone and got a take and bake from Safeway. I really hope they pull it back together soon. I love their beer batter dough but I think they need to fall back in love with food.

Pizza was not very good. Seemed rushed. Very doughy and the cheese wasn't fully melted. Ingredients were sub par. But it was quick and nice and hot
