So, I gave Carl's Jr. a 2nd chance on this chicken sandwich thinking they gave me the wrong chicken patty last time. What they advertise is DEFINITELY not what you'll get. The "hand breaded" chicken patty looks like a patty from a frozen bag at the grocery store. It's definitely not hand breaded and both times looked and tasted like the patty been re-fried. How Carl's charges $6.59 for this is beyond me. They should be ashamed!
They gave me the wrong food after I came in and ordered from the counter., When I took the food back they told me they would have to charge à additional fee to getting the sandwich that I originally ordered... They took the food back after they gave it to me which I thought they couldn't do and gave another order which was still wrong.
Place is a joke. Don't ever eat inside. Was waiting to be helped for over 10min @825pm Dec,9. The drive through girl was nice and said welcome but definitely needed help. Then a lady came from the back on her phone walking around. Maybe she was on her break, who knows.
My favorite Super Star with cheese burger my son love the 5 piece hand breaded chicken tenders .we love Carl's jr .always good service nice people.

This place has gotten worse over the months. The manager seems to have no idea what she's doing. She's the one who packed our food and got it completely wrong. Didn't seem to care that all soda dispensers were out of syrup. They burnt our zucchini, forgot the sauce on all our burgers/sandwiches and the amount of lettuce on the chicken sandwiches was a joke. Cmon guys you can do better
The worst fast food restaurant in Moreno valley I wouldn't even take my dog or even a homeless person to go eat there their food is s***** and always cold
Ordered a kids meal..good size lunch..not to big,not to small
There were 2 cars in the drive-thru and the dining room was closed and they were still very, very slow.
The parking lot was empty I thought it was closed but the drive thru was pretty busy. I walked in, it took the employees a good 5 minutes to acknowledge they had a customer in the dining room, the staff was friendly once they knew I was there.. I ordered a double western bacon cheese burger but got a regular western bacon cheese burger. After checking the receipt they only charged me for a western so I guess it's all good. Maybe they were looking out for my diet?
