Came in, received pretty good customer service and was told that there was about a 10-15 wait for cheese pizza, as the pepperoni was already ready. While waiting, several folks were coming in and out, ordering and picking up right away, while I was still waiting for a cheese pizza to be done. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was told "the cheese should be ready in 5 minutes" at this time, I was ready to go. I just asked for two pepperoni pizzas instead and then left So many people in the back, not sure what the hold up was, but yeah. Not cool.
It's rough around the edges it's in a rough area, is what i mean but I LOVE the machine that holds your pizza, you scan the qr code or punch in your code the little door opens and you take your online ordered pizza and skip the line. I can't complain about the pizza, I've been here 3 times, because I don't eat pizza often and 2 of the 3 times it was delicious. This last time was a bit well done but yea sure, I'd be back.
Horrible everytime! Ordered waited 10 min for hot n ready.10 min. Past,no pizza another 10 min.still no pizza can I please gt my money bk since Im not getting pizza anyways. Another try today ,fanceroni and cheesse pizza after 12 minutes ok.Not looking to good but I rather take it and just not go bk than complain and wait another 10 to 20 min.
Horrible! might as well bought a frozen pizza from the store, $20 for a pizza that looks like it was done by a 10-year-old. Looks like they just threw the toppings on one spot, sloppy!Not coming to this location again, won't even answer the phone to complain about this B.S!
Manager Lady there has poor customer service skills, I'm not sure if she was playing on her phone but I stood there for about 3 minutes before she acknoledged me , then proceeds to tell me that when My order is ready, it will appear on the monitor of their carry out machine, meanwhile people come in and order the same items I had and just get it and leave, I only ordered a hot n ready and a crazy bread, how hard is that?
What ae can i say. The low cost Italian pies we know and love are sold here. Enjoy. Parking is limited here. Order ahead and don't arrive too early.
Very Disappointed, I walked in today 8/27 to your location at your 23031 Sunnymead Blvd. I stranded in line for 20 minutes on an 80 degree day. Just to get to the cashier and be advised that they are no longer placing orders. WHY NOT PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE? Why not have an employee shout it out at least. But no, let's just have them stand in line. I've been a customer for over 20 years and was let down by this location today
I'm done ordering from here. Pizza is always under done like almost raw. I always have to throw it in my oven and because of that the cheese becomes rubbery..
Management needs help here...ok I understand how it can be but this location is never available for hot and ready pizzasFood: 2/5
Yikes! First time here by mistake. I'll never return not ever! Turned around and didn't even go inside when I saw this place. I arrived about an hour after they opened and was greeted by several vagrants. Obviously one must be a diabetic because there were needles all over the ground. Eat at your own risk.
