Such terrible customer service!  I would not recommend going to this location.  They could careless about your order or when you are ordering, and get your order wrong and then when you contact them about the interrupt your conversation and hang up on you all while telling you they have good customer service.  I ordered a steak and egg burrito was charged a load breakfast burrito and not sure what I got!  Gas is to expensive to have to drive all the way back for them to fix their mistake!  I understand that everywhere is under staffed but I think to many people are using that as an excuse to give such poor customer service!  If it wasn't for customers you wouldn't be getting a paycheck!  Think about that next time you want to be rude to a person ordering food!

Nov. 18 2022 11:20am, came through drive through, ordered a number 5 add bacon, and a kids chicken stars. Breakfast menu was still up, had to wait for them to come out an change it. Waited no less than 25mins after ordering. Only one vehicle red jeep in front of us and was there when I pulled around to the 2nd window. Only one car in the parking lot. This is the 2nd time we’ve waited 20 plus mins for drive through with nearly no one in the store. After 25 mins, burger was soggy, and they forgot the bacon. What is going on with this place. I’m surprised it’s not closed down, which sucks because I love their breakfast.

Visited this place on 27Oct2020 night 9:00 PM. I have ordered -Beyond meat veggie Burger, Zucchini fries and chocolate cake all together costs me 10$. Zucchini fries are worst in taste. They given Ranch, Barbecue dipping sauce. Barbecue sauce is over sweet and unable to bare the taste. I have thrown it away. Veggie beyond meat pizza is great and I have enjoyed it. The girl at counter is very nice, polite and customer friendly. She is very attentive and professional. I am giving 5 stars because of her service.

I am so sick and tired of this place not having biscuits anywhere near 10:30. They are supposed to be serving breakfast till 10:30. Just frustrates the hell out of me and then to drive through is so freaking slow that a lot of times I could only be two cars and there still be 15 minutes till 10:30 and they still cannot get through to 10:30.

I like their Big Carl burger and their chicken tenders. It was quite and not enough busy. So privacy was abundant. The staffs were friendly and quick.

Terribly snappy impatient drive thru staff tonight. Haven't had a correct order in i don't know how long. How hard is it really to not put cheese on a burger? The fries are normally the reason i come here, but i don't think I'll be back again after this.

I saw this older/bigger guy put onion rings into somebody's drive through order with his bare hands and that's disgusting. Then the manager lady started screaming at somebody in the back where all the customers and employees could hear. That's extremely unprofessional from a management standpoint. Would not recommend this location for quality service

They have an ex-felon worker with tattoos all over his neck, arms and gang related tear drops on his face? Like really, as far as i’m concerned, those tear drop tattoos mean serious felonies were committed! No thanks, i’ll just go somewhere else with more ethics and less intimidating dangerous workers!

I had a great experience yesterday morning there was a lady named Tori and a gentleman Cook was there  they provided me with fresh hott food  it was a nice ,quite and friendly environment, excellent service  I will be back .

Very nice car juniors love it the brother was nice and hot I got a monster burger media and it was delicious I even got a letter tomato something thank you so much got 11Food: 4/5
