Update 2.18.22 Much better thank you! Needs improvement 2.8.22 Order spicy chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger without onions. They repeated no onions on the burger but yet did not ring up the double cheeseburger. I paid and went around. The lady offering the food had no idea how to offer a solution for me and told me that she had to just go off of what the paper said. Finally a manager intervened and said please pull back around. I paid for an additional double cheeseburger and the pictures so the results of the service. Barely any fries also old and cold. The cheeseburger that was actually a mistake on their part and still paid for by me looks like they made out of retaliation as horrible as possible.
fries usually cold, usually missing food, or completely wrong order, find out when i get home. please review people u hire carefully. should not be hard to put correct order in bag, this location used to be real good; why doesn't anyone from McDonald, read and at least respond to some reviews
I came in this morning and it was really busy. Everyone was getting customers orders ready. I was waiting at the register to be helped when I noticed the two ladies working up front were fine af. Looking like two McDonald's models, I was loving it.
I got rock hard fries, that taste old and I ordered a large HiC and the drink was not only not full but there wasn’t any ice when I never said anything about the ice. I am also missing sauce. I tried calling but no one is picking up

I've ordered 2 Bundle up meals at this location twice in the last 2 weeks for my kids. Both times the chicken nuggets are completely cold and stale. My teenage daughter says this location is known for never having fresh nuggets.Food: 1/5
I decided to go inside and order my food foe some reason tonight. The lady that took my order was very nice. My order came up to $9.79 I belive. I had a hundred dollar bill on me and a 5 and 4 ones. No change. I gave her the 9 dollars and told her I would run out to my vehicle and get the 97 cents as I didn't want to break a hundred. She told me not to worry about it and pulled rhe changed from her own pocket and insisted it was not a problem. I went to fill my drink up and no ice was coming out. Before I could ask if they could get me some ice from the drive thru she asked me to hand her my cup. My food was ready on no time and it was hot and fresh. One of the nicer McDonald's I've been to in quite a while
Went to pick up a mobile order at 10:25am on January 19th, 2023, got to the menu 10:32, got to the window, 10:38, hispanic lady at the window was being extremely rude and refusing to give me my order. She cancelled it on her end for no reason. You need to pick better managers. Ridiculous
Wendy at this McDonald’s is rude and pushy. She was trying to have us leave without all of our order because we were holding up the drive through. We weren’t leaving until we received all our food. Not good customer service Wendy.
Placed order through app. No curbside spots available. Parked next to one and checked in. They never brought my order, even after pulling into an open curbside spot eventually. Tried calling multiple times and they didn’t answer phone. Update: Even though they never brought my food, I was still charged for my order. I filled out a report and they sent an apology email with no refund. I called the number on the email and answered a lot of questions and they said I will get an email about the refund. The email that was sent just said to file a dispute with my credit card company instead of offering me a refund.
