I ordered 8 piece extra crunchy. The sides were delicious. The chicken was burnt tasting as well as gross taste of being cooked in old oil. It was also dry. I have been a KFC lover for 50+ years. This is honestly the worst chicken from KFC that I have ever been served. You can see the horrible quality in the pictures posted. I called 2 numbers to speak to a manager. No answer. So for the first time ever, I’m posting a poor review.

First of all, I am a fan of KFC.  Second, I am not a fan of THIS KFC.  I recently stopped in to order an 8 piece all white around 3pm on a Sunday.   The KFC team member simply said I can't do that.   Because I was under the impression that KFC specialized in chicken, I asked for her to clarify.  She repeated that it couldn't be done.   I wanted clarity so I further inquired... you can't do it?  A faint voice in the back said it'll be 25 minutes to which the team member on the mic repeated to ensure that I heard the response.    I am a strong proponent of good customer service and  communication.   If it were going to take 25 minutes to cook a fresh batch of all white chicken,  then they could've informed me instead of saying that they can't do it.   I had no problem waiting for fresh chicken.  But I did have an issue with the way that they handled me as a customer.   Please be more considerate to your customers.

I walk in to there open restaurant only to be told there only serving through the drive through. I then seen this discussing mess I'm glad I seen this before I placed a order they need to find a mop and broom to clean there mess up  this is how people get sick from food poisoning.

Absolutely horrible experience.  We were asked to pull around and they would bring the food out to us.  Sat in the parking lot for around 10 minutes watching people who arrived after us get their food and leave.  I went inside and my order is sitting on the counter getting cold.  I asked for a refund and the clerk gave me attitude, threw my order in the trash and called the manager.  The manager said I need a receipt or the food to process a refund.  I said I don’t have either but that person took my order and here’s the drink.  Told the manager several times what I ordered as she was literally digging thru the trash trying to find the receipt.  She also asked several times if I ordered this or that and each time I repeated my order again.  Running short on time and knowing I would never eat at this filthy location again, I walked out in frustration without the food or a refund.  Never again!

Would've given all 5 stars but it took 30+ mins to grab our food, it was busy so not too bad. I got the famous bowl meal and I didn't get my cookie didn't even mentioned if they were out or anything just didn't give one and if I paying for it you should get it. Overall food was good but the things I mentioned.

Workers here a disgrace to society. Got there at 12 pm they open at 10:30. They just stared at me like lifeless zombies for 5 minutes before they unlocked the doors. Genuinely hope this place goes out of business and I never have to pain my eyes again by driving by it. Used to love kfc but I’d rather eat glass now.

Best KFC we’ve been to! Came in 30 minutes before they were closing the dining room and the staff was courteous and helpful. And it was the freshest KFC chicken we can remember

As a Uber eats driver this location is always closed early. They never have food that's been ordered. Save your time and the Uber drivers time and not oder from this joke. The cook is outside smoking weed as I write this. If I could give a negative star this would get it. Worst chicken place ever.

They have changed the recipe. Paid $27 for 8 piece meal. Can get same chicken at local grocery store ready to eat for $6.99. very disappointed. Was my favorite, I'm moving on. Good Luck KFC

Arrived late this evening and they were low on supplies. The staff made an extra effort to make sure we were taken care of and even threw in cookies. Thank you for the excellent service.
