I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service these guys provide!! Zach always makes bringing my car to the shop a pleasant experience. The shuttle service to and from the shop is very convenient. No matter the issue, big or small, the crew at CarLife will give it to you straight and make sure you're taken care of. Bs not included!

I called to schedule an oil change and spoke with Zach. He had me laughing within the first minute of the conversation. He had an extremely personable approach to his conversation with me and was talking to me as if we'd known each other for a while. Sharing with him that I was a new customer, he answered my question before I even asked it about (the service on an oil change). He expressed appreciation and was very engaging. Upon arrival for my oil change, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Zach and the staff made me feel welcome and like I was at home. The service where I got to see all the details of the inspection gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was really checked over. Simply outstanding!

We've been bringing our cars to CarLife for about 2 1/2 years now. We've always been treated fairly and our vehicles have been serviced in a timely fashion. Whether it's just an oil change or a major repair, they've communicated what our options are and helped us talk through the best way to handle it. We appreciate Eddie, Jeff, and Zach at the Gilbert location. The one time there was an issue with a repair, they fixed it for us under warranty and got us back on the road. Truly great service!

Jeff & his crew are hands down some of the best people around!  I literally have free oils changes with my car through my dealership...and it's not even an option for me to go there over CarLife.  They are doing a canned food drive this month for oil changes...and I was literally on my way to his shop with my canned goods when my car wouldn't start.  Jeff picked me up, took immediate care of me, and got me back out the door even knowing my car battery is under warranty through my dealership.  The man is a true servant and a caring soul!  I would send anyone and their brother to these guys over and over and over again!!  Thank you Jeff!!!
