I have been coming to this company for many years. I have had a ring made that was beautifully designed and finished. I have had rings and bracelets sized in a remarkably short time. I am having a new stone set in a ring now. Maria has gone above and beyond in searching for the right stone and spending a great deal of time with me. She has been so patient. I love this jeweler and will not go anywhere else.

I'm sad that I cannot recommend and will no longer be supporting this local business. My partner and I have gotten two rings resized here. On one of our visits, the female jeweler failed to tell us that we would not get the metal cut out of the ring back and that this was factored into the price quoted to us. When we came to pick up the ring and inquired about it, she insisted that she had told us that they would be keeping the gold. She either forgot what she had told us or was blatantly lying, but either way she was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive. I've honestly never been spoken to that way as a paying customer at any establishment. I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

I expected a whole lot more from a company that had a great reputation at one point. 
 We left our item with them for nearly 3 weeks, my wife then had to pursue to find out the status. He ended up yelling at my wife and giving his family a story leaving out important details. The answer we received from the business was “he has personal problems”. We finally had to ask for our property back with nothing done on it. We were left with no options since we had a deadline.

We got a ring resized and bought an engagement ring. They provide fantastic service and will actually help you cut corners to get you your ring for a discount! I recommend this jeweler to anyone. They also make a lot of the rings themselves.
