I recently bought a necklace that is meant to hold a small bit of cremains and wanted the first letter of my dog's name put onto it. This is the first place that told me that most Jewelers use a machine to engrave jewelry and that because my pendant isn't solid the machine very well may punch a hole in the pendant. He said that I should have it engraved by hand and have it done by a very experienced professional so that the pendant isn't damaged. He was honest enough to also tell me that this time of year is so busy that he doesn't have the time to do the work right now but if I'd wait until after the holidays he would be more than happy to hand engrave the initial onto my beloved, gold, heart pendant. Awesome service and advice! Thank you a million!!

Cindy & Malcolm are the best. They have amazing Jewelry and love what they do. It shows. They are also totally committed to the Tucson Community.

Fantastic jewelers! Best in town. Great service with no pressure. They have phenomenal pieces and really work with each client. Every piece of jewelry I own is from this store. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the owners really know their stuff. Highly recommend for his and her wedding bands. They can customize anything!

The owners are wonderful and the jewelery is phenomenal. Luxurious at good prices. Very happy I found this place. Got my wife's rings here.

Malcolm and Cindy are friendly and helpful. He was able to get done exactly what I needed, within my budget, and it looked amazing. Definitely would recommend.
