Staying at Carlos Pointe #212.  Clean condo, however outdated.  Needs a few repairs such as headboard in master bedroom broken, not all burners on stove work, some small appliances need replaced, ceiling fan on patio makes terrible noise.  
On very south end of Ft. Myers beach, very quite.  Beach has lots of shells.  No chaise chairs permitted to be taken from pool area and unit does not provide beach chairs.  Calm water.  Lots of boaters and jet skis passing by.  
With some minor repairs and updating this could be a really nice unit.

Room is great!...updated and clean. It wasneverytbing I hooednitnwould be!  Pool is nice...rules a little rigid but we like the quietness of this place.

The stay has been okay. The beach around here is a little disappointing. It is not well kept. I'd probably stay further up the beach if I came to Fort Meyers again.
