The store was okay, but the Salesman wasn't very helpful or accommodating. And the prices seem really high, especially since it's supposedly an "outlet".

Had a great experience with my salesman, Dan K. He went out of his way to help my wife pick out a beautiful patio dinette. The prices are good compared to other patio stores in the area. Make sure you ask for Dan.

Doesn't open at hours stated it's already way past open time and it's closed. The hours on the door are the same as the hours posted online but they don't open on time.

My experience was wonderful. The sales people were very professional and helpful.  The furniture was of a very high quality by manufacturers I knew.  The prices were very low for what you are getting as I bought from the outlet near the Fort Myers, FL airport around July 4th.  The head sales person is also trained as a decorator and knew how to put looks together.  He was a lot of fun!  I highly recommend this place and will come here first next time I need outdoor items and rugs.  There was a brand new salesperson here too so I guess they fired the guy the other person before me reviewed.

Very over priced for furniture that really is not very good in quality. The sales people, were not friendly at ALL!!! The guy that works there, well lets just say is less to be desired in personality. Would never go there again. And would not recommend to anyone. I think he should had worried about the customers in the store instead of playing touchy feely with a girl that was in there. When we walked in she was sitting on his lap. Not sure if she worked with him or not. If you want good service and QUALITY furniture go to the: The Patio Store!!! Quality and sophistication!
