Horrible experience here with the Store manager Lauren. I have been coming to her for only hair cuts. She knew it took me 15 years to grow out my beautiful long virgin dark brown hair. Every time i went in she tried encouraging me to change my hairstyle but id always decline making me feel insecure as if it was boring that i didnt do changes. She would actually tell me how jealous she was how my hair was so long and natural. Well April 2014 i decided she can finally change my color to Lavender. She suggested deep purple but i thought summer is coming and declined her suggestion. That alone told me maybe she was incapable of playing with colors. She then pulled out her tablet and showed me colors. I again picked out the lavender that the Osborne girl rocks. Lauren confirmed that she was able to turn me that beautiful cotton candy lavender. The process started with bleaching my virgin hair. The horror starts. I sat in her chair from 1pm-8pm just bleaching. I started to ask her why it was taking this long? Lauren kept assuring me that it was coming along. I also asked her assistant Christian if this was normal and he had a face that pretty much said No. Well at the end of 8 hours of just bleaching Lauren turned me ORANGE RED!!! I was furious. I then asked customers and other hair stylist if my color was Lavender? Everyone looked and told me No. Unecceptable!!!  She even had the audacity to say " Im only charging you for the cut" and she even invited me back for a Correction. I immediately called the corporation and let them know of this horrible experience. Coorporate sugfested i go for a correction. Well i did. It went even worst. Lauren said "well you are at an 80% almost platinum, i dont see why i couldnt turn you 100% platinum today" so when Lauren said this i felt Relief. I again sat in her chair and now im being bleached again for an additional 4 hours. The outcome was even worst than the first time. At this point i was sad, mad and confused. Lauren has damaged my hair completely. I dont understand why she would perform this way being that she is The Manager and senior hairdresser.  To make matters worst, Lauren then said " ive only performed lavender on a white girl once" mind you i am a Latina with dark hair. How could she compare me? Its been almost 2 years and the red tones she put in my hair is still there. Ive been to multiple hairstylist and they explained red is hard to break. All the hairstylist have been disgusted in her lack of communication and performance.
