Worst experience ever!!! I called in before I came in and asked if there was a stylist that knew how to cut a asymmetrical bob. I was "assured" that the lady they put me with did. I sat down with her and asked many, MANY times if she could cut my hair style. She said yes, I've been cutting hair for 42 years. I felt as if she was not listening to me because she just kept saying I've been cutting hair for 42 years. I should have jumped out of that chair and left. But I thought I should trust her..... I could tell when she started cutting the back that it didn't feel right. Then she works her way to the front of my hair and LOPS off my long side!!!!! I said you just cut off the long piece. Shes like no no its all good. I did not let her finish styling my hair. It was crooked in the back and I now looked like I had a regular bob. Its going to take many months to get my hair back to the way it was. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this salon that has a precision cut.

Vard is great! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me a great haircut. Very nice and friendly too. Love this place!
