Pat can cut hair like no one else I've been to! He really is good with both long and short haircuts and it is really hard to find someone skilled with a short cut! He listens and really gives me what I want without any pressure. I've been driving in to Glendale for years even though there are probably 20 other hair studios closer to my house. I have tried other places for convenience but keep coming back to La Salon for the service.

Awful customer service! Nobody to greet you when you walk in and another customer had to find the stylist. Even though I understand the one person there was booked they didn't even offer an appointment for later in the afternoon, on another day, or ask if I was willing to wait how long it would be. All I went for was waxing. I won't consider this place an option ever again. First impressions are long lasting.

Despite providing the same picture twice, despite describing the methods my previous stylist used to achieve the look in the photo twice, despite twice warning that my very thick and wavy hair needs to be cut long or it will poof up and be far too short, despite being told repeatedly what a genius pat is with short styles on thick hair, I find myself with same bad haircut twice in a row. "I want to keep the length on top, and just trim the back and thin it all over." The first thing he did was chop into my bangs, which no longer reach my eyebrows. Don't blame it on communication, pat. I could not have been more clear or specific. In the end, he gave me The Ellen he loves so much, but which I asked specifically for him not to perpetrate upon my head. Twice. And charged me full price. Can anyone recommend a hip Glendale short-hair stylist?!

I LOVE the hairstyle Pat, the owner does. He is truly a master. His suggestions for my facial type is spot on. I truly recommend him. He has been giving me haircuts for years & years and did I say that he's GREAT.
