Love the personalized touch! Love how clean the facility is! 

I did my homework in looking for a facility I could take my wife's 2000 C230 Kompressor to. She loves the car and since it just went over 100K miles, why should I spend money on a newer model. Just needed a few things done like, get rid of the vibration, fix the A/C and give me control back to moving the seats forward and backward. Took them no time to identify the problems and as fast as you can say abracadabra, they got er done.

I fully understand why they were so busy... they do an excellent job so, make sure you can afford to drop your vehicle off and let them do their magic. You will certainly be happy you did!

These people are the greatest. For the fourth or fifth time now, they have made repairs on my BMW at 1/3 the cost of the dealer. To replace a front light, the dealer wanted over $300 for a "2 1/2 hour job". Carma did it in twenty minutes for a total cost of $100!
They are friendly, speedy, hard working and honest. First time in my life to come across such a great team of fully competent mechanics.

I've had good luck with Carma.  I switched from Nalley BMW after my 5 series went out of factory warranty and I haven't been disappointed.  I noticed as I was sitting in the waiting room that there are several awards from excellent service technicians back when the employees worked at big name dealerships.  I also referred a friend here with a 328i that had an issue the dealerships couldn't seem the fix.  Carma was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it for not that much money.  The place definitely has character, but I really like the people there and they do a great job.  I'll continue to take my car here.

These guys are awesome; great quality and price!  I've been taking my cars there for years, whether it's my heavily modified 2002 or my stock 318, they're simply the best - honest, fair guys that love their work (and it shows!)

Always available to help me when I need it which is usually a rush job for them.  They get my car running perfectly every time!
