Totally disappointed. Anthony act like he’s the owner of Firestone!! I was told I would be given a 10% discount when I dropped my car off only to find that no discount was given. When I called back and spoke to Anthony concerning the matter he advised that I didn’t get the discount because I already had a firestone card... first of all before I applied I had already advised the guy who help me, which was not Anthony that I had a card and he stated if I reapplied I would still get the discount. Idk how Anthony even ended up being the advisor?? Guy is all over the place! Hope he got lots of stock and get BIG bonuses!!! 
To make a long story short I called back and still only got $15 off of a $339 brake job! I don’t know who thought them math?!?! Only half of the 10%. Don’t even waste time going to this place that tries to tell you everything in the world is wrong with your car and charge outrageous prices!!!!

I left my car as one power window is not working, for inspection they charged $55.99(initially they told 24.99 and charged higher), later they called and intimated me that total motor and switch (rear window) and front main switch wasn't working & will cost around $1000 , i asked them not to work on it...  instead i asked them to raise the window up......  they told it wont be possible to raise the window and they gave me as it is..   i took it to another service center they said only one switch is broken and they replaced it..  and now every thing is fine...  ..  Do not ever trust this guys...

Have been taking car here for 4 years. Manager Kurt is great at making sure the right work is done and fair price offered. (I even called once about a deal at another service location and got an honest suggestion.)

I can't recommend this place enough! I had a tire blowout like 45 minutes before Firestone closed and they were able to squeeze me in even though they had a full garage. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! We will be coming to you from now on!
