Brought a set of tires here to be mounted and balanced. The price was very high, but it was my fault for not shopping around. After that they want to keep charging me to rotate the same tires.

Beware!!! The guy who answers the phone - malakai? - is a rude fast-talker. He quoted a rip-off price! Not knowing that I had done my research on their website and other places. He was also extremely patronizing. Instead of giving me a breakdown of what the final tire price would be, he kept talking over me, changing the subject and then insisting to know when I’d be bringing my car in. Dude I don’t need you to explain to me why 19” tires are going to cost more than 17” and then using that to justify why you’re trying to rip me off. Had to hang up on him. What these people don’t realize is that the buyer wants an honest salesperson, even if that means spending more to get that.

Took my girlfriends car here for an oil change and rear brakes. The brakes still sounded just as bad even a month after. We called and the front desk person gave us some excuse and blew us off. He was actually rude. A few weeks after they still sounded awful so we called, stated Goodyear’s warranty on their website and they reluctantly took us back in. They said they “fixed” the problem. The brakes still sound horrible. We took it to another shop and will never come back to this location.

I had one of the most ridiculous experiences with these guys!! I went there three times with a punctured tire and the first two times they sent me home because they didn’t have time to look at it, and they just said that it looks fine. But the tire kept loosing air so I went back. They told me the same thing, that the tire looks fine until I told them that I will pay for their service, that I just want them to look at it. They finally did it, and the tire had a nail in it. The amazing part is that they took the nail out without patching it😳! A few days later I had a flat tire. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! It’s terrible how they didn’t see a percentage in helping me fix my tire. If I cannot get the job done at an Auto Service Company, then where? I will never go back to GoodYearAuto! Terrible!

Taking advantage of customers: My 2012 vehicle gave me a low tire pressure indicator for the left rear tire only. Took my car in to have a nail removed from left rear tire. Nail was visibly in tread and could have been patched or plugged. Carl, who was working the front desk, asked me to leave my car so a technician could assess the damage. Got a phone call a 1/2 hour later from Carl saying my left rear tire had 3 nails in it and could not be patched or plugged. In addition to that, my right front tire had 2 nails in it, and they could not plug or patch it. Their solution was I needed to buy at least 2 new tires, but should go ahead and purchase 4 new tires. I chose not to have them do any work on my vehicle. Took my car to a different tire place, and stood with them while the car was on the lift, so I could see how many nails all of my tires had. Guess what - the left rear tire had ONE nail. All the other tires were fine. I call this a classic example of a business trying to take advantage of their customers. I called in to make a formal complaint against the staff, including Carl and the technician, for feeding bogus info for higher sales. The service manager, David Fuentes, took my complaint and apologized and invited me to come back for the repair at no charge. I informed him I would never be back to that location or ANY location ever again. Please note that if they're trying to take advantage of me, they're trying to take advantage of most if not all of their customers. Store manager, Mike Robinson, you should coach your employees on the perks of not taking advantage of customers. You could have gained a lifelong customer, but hopefully you've not only lost my business but the business of other customers as well. This is unacceptable behavior toward your customers.
