I can't say there were not several bumps in the road during our experience with CarMax King of Prussia, but I do give the employees in both the sales and service department for doing the right thing and also doing their best to satisfy us despite unexpected difficulties with the sales process and also with the vehicle.  They did the best they could under the circumstances and went the extra mile for us to make things right when things did not always go as planned.  That is really all you can ask for from a company.  I do wish they would have provided us with two remotes, though. Now I have to go visit a dealer to get a second one made.

I really enjoyed my car buying experience.  CarMax seems to carry high quality, like new cars.  We needed an inexpensive car with many bells and whistle safety features.  We found a 2016 Chevy Cruze with less than 5,000 miles on it.  The car was basically brand new with the factory warranty in tact and we paid about $6,000 less than a new car.  The no-hassle pricing is great, because you don't leave the dealer thinking that I could have gotten a better deal if I played my cards better.  Car buying shouldn't have to be a game, and it's not at CarMax.  Also, my sales person, Malcom, was very professional and easy to work with.  I highly recommend CarMax for anyone interested in buying a used car.

This place is awesome! Always a great selection of high quality used cars! The people at this location are great!! The whole process was efficient and quick!! I recommend everyone uses CarMax!!

My experience at CaMax was great! My associate was very helpful and attentive. My car was transferred from on out-of-state location (FOR FREE) to my location. I was able to test drive the vehicle hassle-free. I was able to get my old car appraised as well. This was my first purchase from CarMax but it definitely won't be my last. I will be recommending the CarMax King of Prussia location to my family and friends.

Experience much, much better than I ever expected.  Even after purchasing the car, but just prior to delivery and without my prompting, the salesman documented some small scratches that I had considered minor and normal for a used car.  They had me bring the car back, at my convenience, to have them fixed.  They even gave me a loaner for the duration and returned my car in as-new condition.  Can't say enough for Corrado and his team.  Had me wishing I could buy another right away!
