I can't believe the customer service that was displayed, so rude and unfriendly! I had and still HAVE several questions regarding the cars & Tesla, but rather the sales associates seemed more concerned about themselves and their cellphones instead of helping to address my questions nor acknowledging my presence! Such a negative experience!

Talk about lack of integrity?   I am reading reviews on this location from posters must be paid to do so.  Simply follow the traffic and you will draw the same conclusion.  They must be giving out free cars for the posters to be covering so much ground to visit all of the various unrelated establishments.   Tesla has great technology however without better people skills the company will never meet the success they project.  On several occasions I have visited this location and have seen a merry-go-round of employee changes.   Who I believed is the in-store manager was more interested in discussing his lawsuit against his previous restaurant employer.  Enough, back to fossil fuel!

Completely different atmosphere here versus that of the Devon Service location.  As a Model 3 reservation holder I was aggressively pushed into purchasing an Inventory vehicle when visiting the store with family. Not the type of service I was expecting.
