Not many staff here so you may have to be put on hold for a while but they have tons of parts, are very knowledgable, and willing to give advice. Their prices are great too. I bough 1 item then came back 20 min later and bought 2 more different things for my car because the price was too good to pass up. I will come back here whenever I need parts for my Jeep.

Would deserve ZER0 in terms of a customer service and 1 star in parts. Very POOR knowledge of used car parts and components. I have seen previous customers review and would like to confirm that statement. Absolutely NO pricing policy. On car parts they advertise one price, when call the price goes up twice. Had to call them several times  times to verify a part fitment, since I was given wrong part numbers all the time. Agreed on a price. They said come and bring CASH only. I was about to make my way and called in advance to confirm they are opened and could pull a part for me, so I don't wait and get back right away. So, story changed like a weather in London. Now the part cost TWICE more and now they are saying that .... won't pull anything in advance as promised earlier and if I don't like it , some one else would buy.

Went for a simple rubber hood stop. Tried to charge me more than a brand new OEM part from a dealer. Second experience was asking for a brake shield. He gave me the whole knuckle and didn't charge extra, I thought I got a good deal. Wrong, it's because the brake shield and hub we're stuck together rendering the part useless. 

I get it, they have to make money. They pull the part for you. But at the same time they make 1000s extra per car they have. At minimum reevaluate your price, don't charge more than OEM and don't sell broke. Parts.

Don't waste your time. Incredibly unhelpful, rude and deemining. 0/10 would not recommend. Unrealistic prices and horrible service.

i have dealt with these people a number of times over the years, went in to look at a couple of cars and they were closed early when their hours clearly state that they are open 8 to 6 m to friday. acted like i was crazy when i told them the website states that they are open till 6 after i ran down there in rush hour traffic. waste of my time
